READ ENTIRE AD 1ST!!! 1981 Volkswagen rabbit diesel LX truck aka vw caddy truck. Strong rebuilt eng. thats been all redone I have over $3.5k worth of work done to this eng. and had it repaired by the best Diesel mech. in So. Ca., new head gasket, rings, gas lines, oil pan all redone, honed cylinders, etc. Has 0 miles on new re-built eng., great working 5 spd. Has A/C. Color is GOLD, int. is almond/off white. I got this truck from the orig. owner and I have all the orig. paper work going back to dealer sheet. This truck had many extras ordered from the dealership. Including bedliner, 25 gal. steel tank, fog lamps and brush guard. I've never seen one with even one of these options much less all 5. This VW truck is the LX model so it has the nice sliding glass rear window, wood look dash, adj. mirrors and A/C. Entire interior has been re-done professionally and looks real nice, including the headliner, and seats, no cracks at all! Body is super straight. I've never had it in an accident. NO RUST. This is a real original car. Good tires, brakes. Just had oil/filter/ fuel filter changed and major tune up along w/ rebuild! Gets 45-50 MPG. Parts are cheap and eng. will run FOREVER. Currently registered, CLEAN TITLE. Please don't ask ques. that have been addressed here. Contact if your a serious buyers w/ cash in hand. No low ball offers specially over the phone.
